Hey friends! I wrote a book! A second book! Just in time for Christmas! You didn't know what to give your spouse or father-in-law or aromatherapist -- but now you do!
Six years ago, I wrote a book. Faith, Fatherhood & Food. Some of you bought it! Some of you read it! Some of you stayed friends with me!
This book is called Not Done Yet: Personal Essays from the Middle Chapters of Life. It’s a true crime novel! No, I’m lying. I just hear rumors that the public loves true crime.
This is another batch of personal essays – and this time the stories are about aging, cross country trips, launching kids, becoming a grandpa, running a half-marathon, memories of the 1980s and 90s, and keeping the faith.
I love recording stories. Writing them helps cement the memories in my mind. And I love sharing them, even though there is some trepidation that comes with being vulnerable.
If you enjoyed Faith, Fatherhood & Food, I think you will enjoy Not Done Yet. If you didn’t enjoy Faith, Fatherhood & Food, thank you for not telling me to my face. And if this is the first you are hearing that I’ve ever published anything in the first place – hey! Guess what! I’ve got two books you can find on Amazon – and you can order them for Christmas!
Thank you for being my friends and thank you for supporting me – in this way and in every way. I am blessed to know the very best people on the planet.
Merry Christmas and I love you!
P.S. For those who have been readers of my blog, you may have noticed many of my blog posts from The Craig Report were featured in Faith, Fatherhood & Food. For this second book, Not Done Yet, the essays are almost all new, because, as you may have noticed, I haven't kept up my blog. Thank you to all who still check in here!
